My client is the UK's top rated formation agent specialising in the registration of limited companies and LLPs. They are now looking to recruit a Head of Customer Services for their London office which is constantly growing.
Skills/Expertise required:
- Very high literacy proficiency - impeccable verbal and written communications
- Fast learner with a willingness to learn. Must be willing to take an FCA accredited academic course (paid for by the company) as part of their industry knowledge learning
- Experience of reporting performance and quality metrics to Senior Management
- Experience of dealing with high pressure environments and high volumes of orders
Qualification/Skills required:
- 2:1 degree or higher
- At least 3 years Customer Service contact centre management exposure including of managing teams of staff. This should include telephone answering, emails and ideally LiveChat
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
