A market leading manufacturing firm is seeking a Quality Manager to join there growing team, this role is a strategic role based in Orpington. The purpose of the role is to oversee quality assurance, Health and Safety and Environmental procedures.
Duties include:
* Ensure all quality standards and legal compliance are upheld across the business
* Update the management team in any updates of legislation
* Ensure all functions operate in the companies Health and Safety guidelines
* Complete a fully compliant audit process continually
* Provide Monthly management reports
* Responsible for maintenance of the company management system for ISO9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001
* Liaison with Customer Service department on feedback from Customers and warranty returns
Experience Required:
* Engineering back round and have worked with machined components or manufacturing environment
* Qualified lead auditor
* Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
* Experience in Health and Safety and Environmental management
