Corecom Consulting are currently on the lookout for an outstanding Help Desk Support Analyst to work for our client based in Warrington, acting as their 1st line support working with various business applications across the organisation and offering excellent customer service to their clients.
The company has been established for over 10 years and is expanding rapidly with over 190 franchise networks across the UK, with the aim of making a difference in the world to the lives of people and families who seek support for the elderly.
You will report directly into the Head of Systems, and work to support a range of software specific to their industry, as well as Email System administration on Office 365.
It is vital that this person is patient, excellent communicator and has an excellent telephone manner. (Job Spec provided upon qualification call)
Role: Help Desk Support Analyst
Location: Warrington
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 (dependant on experience)
Start Date: ASAP, but willing to wait for the right person
Interviews: ASAP (2 Stage)
Submission: ASAP
Travel: Must have driving license and own car
What experience you need to have:
* 1 year + experience providing system support
* Strong issue resolution and problem-solving skills
* Ability to take ownership of a problem and see through to conclusion
* Good Communication skills
* Able to bridge the gap between customers and technical understanding
* Good Stakeholder skills to work alongside 3rd party suppliers and liaise with developers
