Commercial Recruitment Manager to manage and expand the current
temporary staff Non-Clinical, Non-Medical Desk.
Working at our office in Loughton, a short walk from Debden Central
Line station.
The candidate will be responsible for running the day to day business,
obtaining new business leads, billing and growing a team around them.
This will be taking over a warm desk.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be
responsible for the growth and development of the Commercial Division
in the Day Webster Group.
The role includes:
* Growing the desk from its current billings.
* Developing business in new areas.
* Creating strategy for growth.
* Building a team which are to be managed and KPI's set to achieve
targets.
* Meeting our quality and compliance standards
* To build and maintain strong relationships with all clients and
candidates
Key qualities required
* Highly Organised
* Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
* Excellent Sales and Relationship building Skills
* Ability to lead and motivate others
