Administration Assistant

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be expected to support colleagues in all Departments by helping them undertake a range of clerical support as required.

You will need to be conscientious, flexible, confident, able to work under pressure and happy to assist in a variety of administrative roles during your working day.  You will be dealing with Clients and will be expected to assist employees working in the field with basic administration tasks.

Good organisational skills, a team player capable of working alone if required and a desire to learn all aspects of our business are essential.   

  • Good accurate word processing skills, being fully conversant in the use Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Have a good telephone manner.
  • Be willing to learn in-house systems and take instruction from others within the team. 
  • Some prior experience of working in an Office environment is preferred.

This position will suit someone looking to learn all aspects of work within the Administration team, 37.5 hour week, Annual leave 20 days + Bank Holidays.

Salary meets NMW.
