Our client is looking for a flexible, hard working individual with excellent administration and communication skills to join their small but busy Estates Department at their Head Office in Central Croydon.

Founded in 1596 by Archbishop John Whitgift, our client is a charitable organisation, committed to providing education for the young and care for the elderly in the Borough of Croydon. It employs over 1,000 staff in its three schools, three care homes,  carers information service and Head office, which is right in the centre of the town at North End, Croydon.

The role will involve covering their Reception, including answering the telephone, receiving visitors and sorting the incoming and outgoing post and, as part of the estates team, providing an efficient administrative service to the other members of the department, keeping records up to date and inputting data on the estates management system.

Previous experience as a Receptionist and working as part of a small team in a similar administrative role would be an advantage. Excellent IT and communication skills are essential as well as a flexible 'can do ' attitude.
