You must be unemployed for over 3 months and looking to gain essential skills and work experience to enhance your future employment prospects.
Your duties will include assisting with:
1. Routine Facility checks
2. Support routine health and safety checks
3. Assist with cording off areas and maintaining building safety
4. Monitor office stock levels and the distribution of stationery and supplies
5. Support the ordering and storing of office stocks and supplies
6. Monitor the status of building resources, furniture and equipment
7. Assist with moving furniture and equipment
8. Produce staff ID cards – updating electronic records
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, have the ability to work under own initiative and on your own and good at sharing information and ideas.
