Maintenance Controller
Our client offers a full range of commercial vehicle contract hire and rental services providing tailor made transport solutions to an expanding customer base Nationwide.
Due to continued successful growth and a fleet now approaching 1,000 vans, trucks and trailers they are seeking a Maintenance Controller to join the Rental Operations team based in Lichfield.
Working within the Rental team you will be responsible for maintenance scheduling and planning together with supplier, customer and third-party workshop liaison. You will ensure maintenance schedules are met in good time and supported with the appropriate documentation. This role requires an excellent telephone manner, computer skills, sharp focus and the ability to work in a team.
Previous experience in a Commercial Vehicle / Automotive environment is preferable with a knowledge of Commercial Vehicle maintenance requirements. Good planning skills, customer focus and flexibility in order to provide excellent customer service are also required.
