JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Service/Order Entry professional to join their team on a temporary basis.
Role description:
- To effectively help an existing team to update their current internal systems with orders and data
- Must have good working knowledge of IT systems
- Have superb eye for detail when entering data on to their bespoke IT package
- A passion for helping people
- Great communication skills to speak to customers over the telephone and email
- Ad hoc tasks required
Person specification:
- Excellent eye for detail
- Experience in a relevant role
- Excellent MS Office suite knowledge
