Account Coordinator/Manager Branch: St Albans (London Colney)
Salary Band GBP25k - GBP40k package (incl. OT Bonus); depends on experience.

Be a key member of my client's Account Management Team, responsible for: Driver Recruitment: o Constantly strive to recruit new quality drivers to join our driver pool o Establish recruitment requirements in conjunction with the rest of the team o Advertise for drivers, pre-vet candidates, coordinate and conduct registrations
Driver Administration and Compliance: o Driver induction and assessment administration and pre-vetting o Driver development and tracking o Driver record administration and compliance o Driver infringement tracking and administration o Liaison with the client's Training/Assessment team o Coordination with the client.
Driver planning: o Participate in the planning roster, typically 2-3 days/week and routinely planning on Sunday. There will be flexibility to swap working days with other members of the team on a mutually convenient basis On-call service: o Participate in the overnight On-call roster for the client account o Participation in the On-Call Roster will be Sunday nights and other weekday nights as mutually agreed with the rest of the team
Support the rest of the team: o Step in to do the planning to cover holidays and sickness o Share Bank Holiday working with the rest of the team (including Easter, Christmas and New Year) o Assist with availability collection and forecasting when needed o Assist with producing driver Incident Reports o Assist with payroll and billing exception management Develop and maintain a close partnership with the Ocado Hatfield team: Transport, Planning & Training Key Skills and Attributes: Excellent customer relationship skills Excellent administrative skills Good team worker Good communicator Proactive, diligent and self-motivated Personable Honest and professional Numerate, literate Reporting Lines: Reports to the St Albans (London Colney) Branch Manager Career Progression & Development: Possible career progression trajectories -
