We are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Maintenance
Electrician / Electrical Engineer to work on a prestigious retail site
in the Liverpool area. The role will involve completing routine PPM's
and reactive maintenance to all electrical / lighting systems within
the facilities. There will also be general fabric maintenance to
complete.
Salary:
The position is a temporary ongoing role.
Paying GBP15.00/hr - GBP17.00/hr. The role has a flexible shift pattern,
initially a 4 on 4 off pattern.
Job Description:
The role is an electrical maintenance role covering the building
services maintenance.
Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed
Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display
lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and
controls
Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained
Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance
Requirements:
Ideally Qualified Electrical Engineer up to 17th edition
Experience of maintenance operations
Willing to work on wet plumbing and general handyperson tasks
ideally experience of other Mech disciplines such as HVAC, AHU, AC etc..
The candidate MUST display a ??can-do-attitude"
Must be physically fit due to coverage of a large facility and long
shift patterns
