Have you got assembly line or machine operating experience? If so, we're looking for someone exactly like you!
As a Production Operator, you'll be on the front lines - an essential part of the chain working to manufacture devices and equipment for our client in the beautiful area of Newquay, Cornwall.
With a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task and a proven work history and skill set, you'll have your own transport so you can travel to work around your shift pattern. If you're flexible, even better - our client operates 24/7.
On a day-to-day basis, your long-term temporary role will involve general machinery, production and assembly line operating, and you'll receive extensive training to make sure you're comfortable with the role. There's some essential paperwork involved which will need to be completed accurately and neatly, so you'll need to have a good standard of reading and writing too.
What's in it for you?
In exchange, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate starting from GBP7.83 for Days and GBP9.40 for Shifts during your first twelve weeks. This rises to GBP8.30 for Days and GBP9.97 to GBP12.47 for shifts from week 13, after which you'll receive additional pay for night work, early and late shift and 12-hour shifts. Competitive overtime rates are on offer too from day one! You'll also get free parking and a large subsidised canteen is on-site, with a uniform and safety clothing provided.
If you're motivated, accurate and have a fantastic attitude, we'd like to hear from you
