Search are partnering with a growing International organisation in the Crewe area who are seeking an Engagement and Internal Communications Manager.

The role is varied and interesting - you will design and deliver key engagement projects and activities and help develop internal communication channels with the objective of creating a level of employee of engagement the company will be proud to shout about.

The opportunity is a new role which sits within the HR team, reporting to the HR Director. The organisation would like to find a candidate who can own and develop their engagement and internal comms strategy, which would include developing a sophisticated employee engagement survey and process; planning a 12 month schedule for internal comms promoting the benefits of the organisation, and developing an employee focused intranet for the business, along with much more.

This role requires someone who isn't afraid to get into the business to talk and listen to people, and then use these insights to help shape the strategy. The candidate should be an experienced engagement and comms professional, who can work with senior stakeholders to devise the strategy, implement this and then manage and review the processes.

The role comes with a competitive salary, with a company bonus, competitive pension and 25 days holiday plus BH.

This is a permanent position.
