Ambitions Personnel are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of our award winning client based in Derby. This role is offered on a fixed term contract for 6 months, full time hours and a competitive rate of pay.

Main duties will include:
Dealing with ER issues, administrating the ER process,
Dealing with the recruitment process
Resolving HR related questions and concerns
To update and support the launch of the company handbook
To assess and update legal policies
Managing caseloads
Assess and identify needs for compliance internally and
externally
Providing support to internal managers amongst other duties
Person Specifications:
3 years experience within Human Resources and have a generalist background
Fantastic communication, organisational and problem solving skills
Be confident in a busy environment and enjoy working within a team
Ability to work using own initiative
Good attention to detail
Proven ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
