Are you an experienced resourcer/sales administrator with the desire to gain experience within a growing sector with excellent opportunity to earn great commission and develop your recruitment skills??
This role would allow an entry level recruiter/resourcer to work with experienced recruiters, helping to place senior level candidates in to niche roles in one of the fastest growing sectors currently.
Main purpose of role
To generate worthwhile leads for the Consultants such that they can in turn produce placements. To maintain regular contact with your candidates and ensure their files are accurately updated following all 'phone calls.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with candidates and ensure files are accurate and up to date. This includes having their latest CV (no more than 3 months or one project old), employer details (who are they working for, name of line-manager, name of project they are working on), availability date, skills update and latest contact details
- Identify opportunities/ leads for the Consultants. This includes being aware of the name of their project managers, other resource needs on their current project
- Work closely with the Consultants so you are aware of what the current requirements are, and ensure you understand the role so you can best explain it to candidates
- Working with the Consultants to identify the best candidate for the Consultants' requirements, ensuring you are aware of what rate the candidate will do the job for, when they are available, checking we have latest CV. Closing other candidates on the requirement
- Achieve KPIs as set by the Directors
- At all times provide a professional service to candidate, providing a polite and respectful service, returning calls when required to do so, and developing a relationship
Essential requirements and attributes
- Effective telephone communications skills, questioning and listening skills, speaking clearly and properly, and focussing on the call
- Basic computer literacy. This includes having a reasonable keyboard skills, and being able to send email
- Enthusiasm and determination, especially with regard to achieving targets
- Perseverance, especially with regard to questioning skills
- Accuracy with regard to updating candidate information
- The ability to identify opportunities and quickly pass them to Consultants
Desirable requirements
- Used to working in a fast paced environment
- Proactive in their approach to work, thinking ahead
- Self-motivated and ambitious, sets their own targets and motivated by results
