We are looking for an enthusiastic Branch Manager to lead our busy Uxbridge branch, developing its business in the area and increasing its profitability. Responsible to the Operations Manager, our ideal candidate will support the day to day operations of the branch, whilst increasing our market share to allow sustainable growth and servicing our existing client base. You will be an ambassador for our brand, providing effective support and coaching to your team to deliver market-leading customer service in order to maximise opportunities for new business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpreting and implementing business strategy into clear, achievable and measurable goals Building and growing your branch client base through retaining clients and winning new clients by driving branch sales activity
* Analysing, monitoring and delivering on key metrics and KPIs for the branch
* Managing, supporting and coaching the rest of the branch team to ensure effective performance
* Providing informed feedback on branch performance and potential market, including key challenges
* Delivering market-leading customer excellence through embracing our unique methodology
Requirements:
* Excellent people management and leadership skills
* Strong desire to succeed, win business and grow your branch
* Resilience, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
* Strong relationship building skills, including coaching and developing a team
* Ability to operate in a competitive environment in which significant business growth is required
* Business development
* Recruitment sales experience
