JOB TITLE: Industrial Cleaner
JOB LOCATION: Crofton, Wakefield
HOURLY RATE:GBP9.73 PAYE (limited pay options also available)
HOURS PER WEEK:Average 40 hours per week
SHIFTS:Permanent nights
SHIFT DAYS:Monday to Sunday (flexibility to work weekends)
HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT:33 Days per years
DURATION:Ongoing
Position Summary:
To begin with you'll be expected to complete a week's training (with pay), on the role and site health and safety. Once the training is completed you'll be placed on shifts with a team cleaning trains on the depot in Crofton.
The position is based on a busy Rail depot and all applicants would be expected to complete the following:
•Physical cleaning including the roof of the Trains and other exterior
•Complete cleaning with various chemicals and cleaning liquids
•Manual labour
•Complete Bio-Cleans (disinfect toilets and buffet cars)
•Work within a safety critical environment
Ideal applicants would have had some cleaning or heavy industry experience and previously worked nights. Due to the location of the work candidates must have their own transport and be able to work days & nights which will include working at the weekend.
