This role is covering North Lanarkshire and will be based within our Airdrie branch. This role is responsible for leading, inspiring and engaging an exceptional high performing team within a geographical area, that facilitates and delivers flexible high quality services. Accountable for business growth, promotion of the Remploy brand and efficient delivery of the business plan exceeding contract compliance, quality, financial and performance requirements.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Coach, mentor and lead a high performance, empowered and innovative culture.
• Strong Relationship Management with both internal and external stakeholders
• Effective leadership of team to ensure that performance, compliance and quality objectives are fully
• Recruit, develop, engage and retain the right resources- optimise staff retention
• Financially Astute - accountable for meeting/exceeding Profit and Loss against the annual plan
• Develop and win new business within geographical remit to generate sustainable revenue and funding sources to maximise profits
• Actively promote a coaching culture that delivers quality services that meet customer, contractual and business requirements.
ESSENTIAL
• Proven experience of effective leadership and management in a performance driven environment
• Able to understand and manage profit and loss, cost control and budgeting
• Strong communicator who can confidently built relationships
• Demonstrable experience in developing people, coaching and training that impacts positive performance and culture
• Considered thinker who can plan and organise resource and workloads to achieve maximum results
• Self-Motivated and can work in a flexible and autonomous manner
