BPS World are currently recruiting for an Immigration Consultant to join an international Relocation Services organisation, who have a unique and compelling vision for the future of Global Mobility. This innovative company are already having significant success within the Global Market and are looking to develop and define the structure and delivery of their Destination Services programmes.
The RoleThe UK Immigration Consultant is a key role in the UK Immigration team, with responsibility for providing UK immigration advice and assistance to our clients. This position is pivotal in the development of the UK service, providing exceptional service to our clients coupled with providing quality advice. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a similar capacity and must be at OISC Level 3 Accredited.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage caseload to ensure follow up with clients
- Gain knowledge of the specific clients' policies, processes and service requirements.
- Develop, maintain and build working relationship with transferring employee and their employer
- Research and advice to clients regarding variety of immigration applications
- Data gathering and preparation of basic advice to clients on global matters
- Liaison with global immigration networks to gather information required to respond to client's needs
- Completion of immigration application forms and covering emails/letters for manager review and submission to the government
- Completion of visa application forms for submission to the appropriate government body
Skills and Requirements:
- OISC Level 3 Accredited
- Must have demonstrable relevant immigration experience
- Excellent computer skill, MS office, Outlook, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workload.
