Contracts Manager
Area: Bristol
Salary Range: GBP42,000 - GBP48,000
Reports to: Building Services Manager
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday. Your hours will generally be between 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Main Purpose and Scope of the job
As a Contracts Manager you would provide support by undertaking the following responsibilities;
* Responsible for safe working, profitability and achieving required standards of the contract;
* Line Manager for the delivery teams;
* Owner for the contract internally and externally.
Health & Safety
* Ensuring safe working throughout the contract;
* Proactively championing safe working at all times;
* Carry out audits and inspections to ensure compliance;
Delivery
* Overall responsibility for successful delivery of the contract;
* Meeting customer KPIs;
* Meeting company revenue and profitability targets - budget responsibility;
* Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improved working practices;
* Ensure compliance with relevant technical, design and legislative standards or regulations;
Line Management
* Motivate, encourage and support members of the team - Employee Wellbeing and Engagement;
* Employee relations matters supported and advised by the HR function;
* Recruitment of the team to deliver the contract;
* Ensure that the team are properly equipped and skilled to work safely and deliver the customer's expectation;
Communication
* Overall management of the contract;
* Key point of contact for delivery matters internally and externally;
* Coordinate with the Account Manager to make sure the efforts of the team are aligned with the customers' requirements across our whole business;
Business Development
* Identify opportunities to increase Revenue and Margin and feed through to the Account Manager.

* Electrical experience essential
* Excellent attitude and approach to work.
