The Reputation Centre is growing, having won exciting new clients from a range of industry sectors, from financial services to pharmaceuticals, from FMCG to high-tech. As a result, we are looking for ambitious, experienced researchers to join our team at Senior Research Executive and Research Manager levels.

The successful candidate will work across a range of concurrent client projects and bring all-round research expertise (ideally a mixture of qual and quant) to the team, along with excellent project management skills. They must also show a keen interest in the real-world reputation issues facing businesses today, as well as the wider political and social contexts in which our clients operate. Above all, they must be genuinely passionate about working alongside clients to implement the findings of our research, to effect real change in their businesses.

Each of our team members is also encouraged and expected to contribute to the growth of the Reputation Centre, in the broadest sense of the term. This might be through helping to develop our approaches, techniques and wider thinking, or by playing an active part in building our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing effectively to client relationships - acting as a key point of contact on projects, contributing to client meetings, developing knowledge of the client's business.
  • Working with clients and colleagues to apply appropriate research designs, including sampling, data collection, analytics, reporting and action-planning techniques.
  • Ensuring quality of data and insight.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and internal operations colleagues to ensure the objectives of the research are met, on time and on budget.
  • Provide guidance, support and coaching to junior team members.
  • Monitor project financials.

Skills and Experience:

  • Be able to demonstrate a high degree of expertise and experience across a range of research techniques.
  • Be a strong project manager, with the ability to multi-task prioritise and hit deadlines.
  • Not be daunted by the prospect of working with C-Suite clients in some of the world's most admired businesses.
  • Bring passion and original thinking around the reputational challenges facing these businesses, and the role that research can play in tackling them.
  • Show commercial acumen and a willingness to innovate and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Be a team player, with the ability to guide and motivate more junior team members.

In return, we offer:

  • A competitive package.
  • A commitment to professional development and industry-leading training.
  • A creative, intellectually stimulating, supportive working environment.
  • An active role in developing the thinking, techniques and commercial approaches of the Reputation Centre.
  • An opportunity to effect real change within household-name global businesses.
