A skilled, friendly and hard-working Artworker is required to join our
impressive and growing client based on the South-Eastern side of
Ipswich???

Having been trading for over a decade, our client success has been
built on their professional yet friendly and knowledgeable service, as
well as beautiful, on-trend products and quick turn-around times. This
really is a superb opportunity for somebody to play a key part in the
inception and development and delivery of brilliantly creative
projects to customers all over the UK.

Working in a small team of Designers and Artworkers, the role is all
about making sure existing designs, or bespoke in-house designs are
100% print ready and ready to be sent downstairs for production to
begin printing images onto a wide range of items. These may be
anything from gift cards, tins, coasters, mugs, postcards, art prints,
tea towels (as well as more!), for customers in Retail, Heritage,
Conservation, Sports, History, Travel to name a few. As well as making
sure images are print ready; our client spend an increasing amount of
time on online advertising, so making sure images are set up correctly
for web is also part of this role.

As our client work with many high-profile customers on bespoke, often
high-value projects, it is crucial that those interested in applying
have a brilliant attention to detail - a simply misplaced digit on a
personalised order can be a costly mistake, so accuracy is really
important!

An adaptable, easy-going yet professional attitude is important too,
along with the ability to self-organise and manage your own workload
effectively. We are also seeking the following skills, attributes and
experiences:

* An 'always learning' attitude and a willingness to improve and
better your own skills

* Prior experience in an Artworker's role; a solid understanding of
preparing images for print and web

* Excellent technical competencies within Adobe Photoshop, and
either InDesign or Illustrator (at least two years hands-on
experience either within the workplace or education)

* Excellent written abilities, a keen eye for correct spelling and
grammar are essential

* The ability to remain calm when under pressure and easily juggle
deadlines and tasks

So???if this opportunity sounds like it might appeal to you, and you
feel you'd be a suitable fit then please get in touch! Our client are
unusual in that they offer the opportunity to work paid overtime when
the work demands, meaning brilliant earning potential, as well as a
fun, passionate and creative working environment with a vibrant, happy
workforce!
