Are you C&B Manager? Are you responsible for managing all Conference and Banqueting Events? Do you deliver an excellent Guest experience? Can you meet your targets whilst optimising sales? Most importantly are you hands on?
I am looking for someone who can lead a team, meet deadlines and deliver a great guest experience. You will be a driven, energetic individual who has a passion for service and a hunger to succeed. You will be responsible for a number of duties such as:
• Managing all Events from booking on wards
• Delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times
• Consistently show due diligence and display Brand Standards
• Be fully aware of current trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of Events
• Review sales and contain costs, identifying any areas for action
• Set smart budgets and other short and long-term functional goals
• Provide effective leadership to the teams to ensure targets are met and exceeded both for the customer and the business
A C&B Manager always works on behalf of our customers and our Brand whilst working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
• Strong knowledge of hospitality/events sector
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Record of success in Conference and Beverage, specifically the ability to deliver profit, control costs, and build customer loyalty
• Exceptional communication skills
• Exceptional leadership skills to create a winning team
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Conference and Events Operations experience in a managerial position in Events or similar
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
