We currently have an opportunity for an Estate Services Inspector to join our dedicated team in Walton and we really want to hear from you if;

  • You can display a ‘can do’ attitude with drive and enthusiasm;
  • Are organised and able to plan journeys to maximise efficiency;
  • Have knowledge of contract management or supervision;
  • Have intermediate IT skills, word, excel and MS outlook experience.     

This is a great opportunity for motivated individual to work as an integral part of an Estates team. You will monitor the standard of cleaning and grounds maintenance services provided by PA Housings contractors, to ensure they are provided in line with contractual requirements.

Within this role, you will be responsible for carrying out regular, documented inspection of PA Housings communal areas to ensure the environments are clean, clear and safe for our customer and members of the public.
