Supported Living Manager
Registered Manager required to oversee the operational day to day management of a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities in the Warwickshire area.
You will join a recognised, non-profit provider of care and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and autism spectrum disorders. You will join an organisation that is focused on the delivery of high quality care and support to both the people in their care, and also their employees.
As registered manager, you will take a lead in shaping the future of the community support/supported living services across Warwickshire. You will promote the person centred values of the organisation, choice and well being amongst the people you support. You will ensure the service meets both company and CQC requirements, pro-actively lead and manage your team and maximise the outcomes for the people living within your service.
You will be a passionate, pro-active manager who is flexible to provide both supernumerary support and hands on care as required. You will lead by example and foster an environment which is homely and caring
To be considered for the registered manager role, you will be able to demonstrate a background within the learning disabilities sector and display comprehensive management skills and experience. You will ideally be a skilled deputy or assistant manager who is looking for a new challenge, or alternatively a care manager who would like an opportunity to extend their managerial experience with a different provider.
You should have a background within supported living or community care services and hold the QCF level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent. Transferable knowledge and a background managing residential services for adults with learning disabilities will also benefit the registered manager job role.
