Job Title: Media Sales Executive

Location: Battle, East Sussex

Salary: £25,000 to 30,000 + uncapped commission

The Company have an exciting opportunity for someone in advertising sales with relevant experience to work on one of their class-leading business-to-business titles from the Company's offices in Battle, East Sussex. This is a role which requires the successful candidate to have a good understanding of advertising sales in the modern era.

The Role:

Working in this multi-skilled role position in Media Sales, you'll be selling advertising space in their magazine, directory, website and digital marketing options to existing and new clients. The role requires that you do more than just telesales - the company wants you to work with existing and potential clients on face to face basis to develop marketing strategies across your portfolio to maximise results. Key Responsabilities:

  • Approach each day with a positive can-do attitude
  • Ensure all KPI's are met and exceeded
  • Proactively engage with potential clients across the UK (and overseas where appropriate)
  • Be able to meet clients and advise on the best packages to suit their long-term needs
  • To develop long term profitable relationships with all clients
  • Report directly to directors with forecasts and independent management of pipelines
  • Account manage clients brought on board, seeking opportunities to upsell and renew long term agreements

The Candidate:

  • Advertising sales experience
  • A desire to work within their team - your personality is a key consideration!
  • Be driven, ambitious with lashings of target tenacity
  • Have a disciplined approach to working the right way

The Company will pay good money for the right candidate. Successful year one earnings should be around £25-30k, although it should be said that commission is unlimited! After a successful trial period, a company car arrangement can be provided.
