Site Manager
Sussex

A great opportunity to work for a well established builder of quality bespoke homes.

Must have a good knowledge of all aspects of construction, and preferably come from a trades background. We would expect the applicant to be able to read and interpret architects, and engineering construction drawings.

Must have a good eye for detail and able to evaluate other trades.

You should become an important part of the team but capable of working in an onsite environment. Reporting to the Construction Director you should have on site trade experience, dealing with on-site Health and safety, project budget and on time project delivery. On project support is available via our construction team and regional office.

We will consider a less experienced site manager/learner with a will to learn and grow in the company

£30,000 - £35,000 pa based on experience.
