Our client’s offices overlook Limehouse marina and the Thames, (Canary Wharf West - E14), 5 minutes from train stations (DLR and c2c).  

About The Role:  

As a Business Development Manager, you will be selling our client’s comprehensive range of training programs and forging B2B relationships at all levels. You can be sure that your hard work and commitment will be rewarded with a generous uncapped commission structure.

1. The learning solutions you will sell cover some of the most critical aspects of the real economy, including leadership & management training and business applications  
2. Your primary responsibility is to develop incremental sales from established clients and initially you will handle a considerable stream of hot leads  

About You:  

With at least three years’ B2B solutions sales experience (preferably within the learning and development solutions industry) coupled with the ability to drive and manage transactional sales on the telephone, you will be educated to degree level (or have equivalent experience).

You’ll be a natural communicator, influencer, and comfortable working in a collaborative office-based team, as well as face-to-face with clients. 

Having some formal sales training will be of added benefit. You’ll be digitally literate across CRM, Office apps, and social platforms.
