The role of Rooms Host and Turndown Host is to understand that every guest is different and to ensure that each one feels completely at home and has a fantastic Scarlet experience.
You will need to be capable of fulfilling a physical role, have a high standard of spoken and written English, have a great eye for detail and work well in a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas
- Turndown service
- Linen stocktake
£7.90 per hour (rising to £8.10 after probation)
Permanent contract - 15-30 hours per week available
28 days holiday per year pro rata
Free meals whilst on duty
A free experience to stay in the hotel and eat in the restaurant
