£39,244.98 per annum + Car Allowance and a competitive benefits package
Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
We are a value-orientated Housing Association working together to create communities where people want to live. We manage circa 5,500 homes over a wide geographical area and our residents include families, older people and those in need of special care and support.
Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about excellent customer service? Do you have the drive and motivation to help inspire and lead our front-line housing team? If the answer is yes, then we would like to hear from you.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented professional to lead and inspire our Housing Services team in Huntingdon at a time of great challenge and opportunity for Muir.
Playing a key role in Muir’s Housing Management Team, you will primarily supervise one of our regional housing teams with responsibilities for all aspects of housing management including neighbourhood management, community development, resident involvement, lettings, tackling ASB and income management. The focus will be on delivering a holistic, excellent and seamless service for our residents.
Having a broad knowledge of housing management experience, you will be able to contribute to the further development of policy whilst keeping a hands-on approach with housing management practice.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, flexible and dedicated individual. You should be passionate about ensuring our residents receive only the highest quality service and have the communication skills to encourage this in others. You will be innovative in your approach and be able to implement initiatives to improve performance and ensure excellent customer service.
