I have a brand new and exciting opportunities available for a REGISTERED MANAGER to join a leading children`s residential provider. I have opportunities available within A BRAND NEW residential service for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours in the Telford region.

You will join a provider who significant experience within the childcare sector and who is focussed on the provision of high quality care and support across a range of settings including residential, education and specialist services.

As registered manager, you will be a key player within the management team for this organisation.

You will lead, develop and guide the management team to deliver quality therapeutic care and support, ensuring that you are a role model at all times. You will be responsible for overseeing a residential setting that is homely and comfortable. It is essential that you inspire and lead your team and ensure that all care delivered is in line with both OFSTED and company procedures.

This is the perfect opportunity for a driven, motivated and highly professional manager who is seeking to stretch their existing care knowledge and work for a fast growing, recognised provider.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will demonstrate a consistent and proven background within management of residential care services for children and young people, hold the QCF level 5 in leadership and management for children and young people`s services or equivalent and be flexible to cover a designated area of services.

It is ESSENTIAL that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

These fabulous registered manager opportunities is offering a highly competitive up to £36080 per annum depending on relevant skills, qualifications and experience, a generous car allowance and the opportunity to achieve bonus through achieving pre-agreed KPIs. You will also receive continued training, development and a generous annual leave allowance.
