Property Conveyancer / Solicitor - Penarth
Job Type: Part-time, full time may be considered
Competitive Salary Depending on Experience
The ideal candidate will have 5+ PQE with commercial and residential property experience covering a wide range of conveyancing issues, including buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties as well as lease extensions and transfer of equity.
The candidate should have experience in handling all legal aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
