An exciting opportunity is now available to work within the business as a Contract Manager. The successful candidate will support the Head of Apprenticeships in the delivery of apprenticeships within their partner organisations; taking ownership for developing key stakeholder relationships with the partners, employer providers employers and referral organisations to maximise opportunities for the Apprenticeship Business Services offer for the group.

With full responsibility for contract performance, compliance and quality, you will lead the on-boarding process of all delivery partners, ensuring all due diligence processes are completed; developing strategies to deal with operational issues and contract challenges in order to ensure that the contract meets its financial obligations. 

Candidates for this role must have recent and relevant experience of Contract Management and of managing a large team and subcontractors, including the use of performance management strategies and improvement plans.  With an understanding of SFA and ESF funding / knowledge of government funded programmes and strong stakeholder relationships skills, you must have previous experience of project planning, implementation and review and a good standard of education.

This role requires flexibility, personal drive and a commitment to exceeding contractual targets as well as the ability to produce comprehensive reports and statistical analysis of operational activity.
