An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Multi Skilled Operative to join us at the University of Cambridge.

Within this role, you will be responsible for completing repairs to the housing stock as required by our client whilst working effectively within a consistent operation repairs service. Working within a busy repairs/voids team environment, you will complete the works to a high-quality standard in order to maximise first time fix criteria, appointment objectives alongside improving resident satisfaction.

In addition, you will submit presentable and accurate paperwork which includes PDA data base information coupled with using SOR and descriptive works, in order to cost works which are being completed.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you are a Builder/multi-skilled in joinery/ brickwork/plastering/DPC works. You should also hold a relevant trade qualification or have extensive experience in 3 or more trades, preferably within Plumbing, Carpentry, Wet trades (i.e. plastering/brickwork/tiling etc). In addition, you should also have an understanding of paperwork and job coding coupled with excellent communication skills. A proficient user of IT, you will be a motivated individual with the ability to succeed.
