Are you a multi-skilled team player with a passion for coordinating people and projects? Our client has a vacancy for a Coordinator to support a variety of teams in their fundraising department.

Our client is an international non-governmental organisation (NGO) that uses sustainable technology to challenge poverty in developing countries and improve the lives of people worldwide.

They find out what people are doing and help them to do it better. Through technology they enable poor communities to build on their skills and knowledge to produce sustainable and practical solutions- transforming their lives forever and protecting the world around them.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join them in providing administrative support across the Public Fundraising and Partnership and Philanthropy teams. This position also provides high level and confidential administrative support to the Head of Public Fundraising, developing and maintaining reporting schedules and key deadlines.

This role will suit someone who enjoys a varied role with a range of responsibilities. From developing a SharePoint site, planning away days, to checking proposals and reports, no day is ever exactly the same. This positions also offer a great opportunity to be involved in a wide range of projects, for example coordinating the completion of key departmental grants.

The post holder will have excellent project, administrative and organisational skills to be able to respond to a varied and fast moving agenda. Educated to ‘A’ Level standard, the successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised.
