Job Elements: -

·The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and direction for new customer transitions and mobilisations and to manage the customer service delivery team to maintain excellent relations and services.

·The role is also required to maximise margin potential through proactive involvement with the operational teams within the Company, managing fault trend analysis and management of high call rate reduction projects.

·The role will manage all new customer account transitions and ensure that the correct process is followed; ensuring actions are completed and effective communication takes place. The role will also be responsible for managing existing customer mobilisations to new processes and/or hardware.

·To manage the above team to maintain relationships with key technical/service delivery representatives and work on behalf of the business with the assigned account managers or directors to ensure excellent customer relations are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have:

·First class problem solving skills

·Management of projects in an IT environment with understanding of the technical aspects of these projects

·Effective negotiation and influencing skills

·High level of managerial skills and balanced approach to people

·High level of customer handling skills

·High level of computer literacy skills

·Effective communication skills both verbal and written and able to communicate/influence at all levels – upwards, downwards and across the organization

·Management qualification – minimum level 3 or qualified by experience

·Project Management qualification, ideally Prince 2
