What are they looking for?

Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a consultancy environment within the Defence sector. You will be a motivated team worker and/or able to work independently with the minimum supervision who invests in your own career and will be a member of a recognised Institute and manage you CPD to reach your potential or working towards membership and formal accreditation (Chartered / Incorporated).

As a consultant you will be based in one of their offices (Bath, Fareham, Plymouth, Weymouth, or Glasgow) or a client site. Occasional travel in the UK is a requirement of this role.

You must be able to satisfy UK Ministry of Defence security requirements and be eligible to work in the UK in order to be considered for this role.
