As our client base grows, we are now looking for a Junior / Trainee Copywriter to join our team on a part time basis and write compelling, exciting job adverts. We’ll need you to be available Monday – Friday for at least half of the day, however we are flexible on the exact hours and can fit around your needs.

Your Role:

 

Working within the Service Delivery Team, as a Junior / Trainee Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for coming up with fresh, compelling ideas for adverts.

 

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be writing high quality job adverts for a wide range of industries and functions which accurately target the right candidates and entice them to apply.

 

It’s a busy environment we operate in and so you’ll be supporting the other activities the team is involved in, such as posting adverts to websites and responding to candidate communications.

 

You’ll be tasked with:

 

- Writing lively, engaging job adverts in a concise and to-the-point format

- Ensuring the key elements of each job are communicated effectively

- Providing advice to other areas of the business regarding advertising

- Developing an understanding of trends and what works for online recruitment advertising

- Providing input into the best ways to position adverts

- Proofreading other team members’ work

- Providing support with other administrative tasks

 

About You:

 

To be considered as a Junior / Trainee Copywriter, you’ll need great writing skills, a creative approach and a hardworking attitude. Although previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, what we’re really after is someone with the ability to work in a team, a great sense of humour and the willingness to pitch in.

 

We are also interested in hearing from those who are due to graduate in 2018 and are looking for an exciting opportunity.

 

We are eager to hear from people who are, or would like to become, a Junior Copywriter, Trainee Copywriter, Graduate Copywriter, Copywriter, Graduate, or Graduate Writer.

 

This is a part time role working 20-25 hours per week, Monday - Friday. We are flexible on the working hours for the right person, but you need to be available every day.
