My client is national company that have secured a new site in Bicester to add on to their impressive list of prestigious sites. They require a fully qualified electrical maintenance engineer who must have C&G 2391.
Responsibilities:
* Day to day duties include undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance
* Carrying out minor repairs and fault finding to the buildings/grounds as required
* Changing light bulbs, fluorescent tubes and ensuring clocks are maintained/adjusted
* You will be responsible for liaising with specialist contractors and more general housekeeping tasks
* Liaising with management regarding any health & safety issues, ongoing repairs, maintenance and building projects
* Installation works for new builds and redevelopment projects
* Carry out the routine test and inspect work
