Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress for our Michelin Star standard restuarant located in Kingham, Oxfordshire.

A 5-Star Modern British inn using the finest seasonal ingredients to create dishes that celebrate traditional British cooking with a contemporary twist!

As part of the Daylseford Estate, the company is thriving and well funded with endless opportunities for staff, including use of all company facilities and shops such as the spa and even the cookery school.

They also own the farms and organic suppliers that produce arrives from.

There are 12 guest rooms on site which they are looking to expand on in the coming future, 3 guest cottages and again they will be expanding this with 3 more on the way!

They have a recently built prep kitchen to supply the bar and terraces, allowing the main kitchen to focus on the fine dining and private dining.

• 45-60 covers on average, 60 seat restaurant
• Private dining has tripled in the last 12 months!
• Newly built wine cellar with a great Sommelier who will be happy to train and develop a new Chef de Rang over time!

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday - Sunday, this will likely increase over the next year.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar environment
• Rosette standard background
• Hotel experience but mainly ultra-high standard food and quirky concept!
