Are you a confident and driven Laser Engineer who is looking for a new challenging role? We are currently recruiting for a global organisation that is looking for someone to join a world-class optics and laser development team as a Laser Engineer.
The Role
As a Laser Engineer, you'll be responsible for the design, development and integration of laser products and associated test solutions for one of the largest manufacturers of traditional solid state military lasers. In addition to this, you'll be responsible for testing of laser and associated optical systems.
The Person
To succeed in this role of Laser Engineer you'll have experience of a similar role, ideally in a laser product development environment. It is also necessary to have had ownership of a laser design which has been manufactured. Also, you'll have experience in the design, characterisation and manufacture of lasers using appropriate commercial tools.

This is an office based and laboratory-based role using display screen equipment working full time hours which can often be in a demanding environment.
