As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for:
* Resourcing and pre-screening candidates via job boards, job adverts and networking.
* Interviewing candidates face to face and over the telephone.
* Maintaining a pipeline of candidates.
* Working closely with the consultant to provide available candidates for vacancies.
* Maintaining accurate records of candidates details.
* Provide administrative support to the consultant to include managing agency worker paperwork and compliance paperwork.
* First point of contact for candidates, resolving queries relating to assignments, pay and general queries.
The successful candidate must have:
* Experience of working in a customer focused role, delivering a high level of customer service while working at a fast pace.
* Understanding of recruitment industry would be advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Ability to build rapport with candidates.
* Inquisitive nature.
* Motivated, desire to succeed.
* Willing to learn.
* IT literate - Word, Outlook, Excel.
