Our client is a dynamic and ambitious 18,000 unit Housing Association based in Bedford and operating throughout the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor. They employ 400 people, have an annual turnover in excess of £120m and a development programme that will see them build around 3,000 new homes over the next five years.
Their shared ownership option helps customers to get into home ownership in manageable stages. They market these through their website, social media, press and external agencies and are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join them in the new post of Marketing Assistant.
As a forward thinking member of a busy sales team, you’ll take a proactive approach to the sale of our properties. You’ll be involved with social media activity, complete a range of your own paperwork and actively engage with customers and colleagues alike.
A background in property sales is desirable but more importantly they’re looking for a creative and innovative mind who is keen to make this role their own.
