An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Commercial Manager to join us on our response and gas contract in Barnet.

Within this role, you will be responsible for providing a site based Commercial/Finance service and will be required to assist the General Manager in all aspects of financial control and commercial reporting.

Managing the Valuation process through to Final Account agreement, you will be responsible for the preparation of internal valuations and costs reports including ensuring reporting systems are up to date.  You will also be responsible for the recruitment of other commercial staff and subsequent management of those individuals.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of sub-contract negotiations and preparation of commercial documentation along with previous experience in managing teams.

With excellent commercial skills, you will also possess strong negotiation skills and will be familiar with working to deadlines in a busy site/office environment.  Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is also a requirement.
