Education Quality Manager

They are now looking for an Education Quality Manager to join them on a permanent, part time basis for 26 hours per week.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will manage the assessment and standards of the Chartered Membership Programme to ensure that assessment standards are valid, reliable, comparable and manageable. Managing the budgets for their programmes, you will make decisions on eligibility for the appointment of assessors and verifiers and monitor and maintain assessment standards for CMP and the professional review through the CMP providers.

You’ll have excellent project management skills, good analytical skills and knowledge of qualifications and vocational education. Delivery of training and managing meetings is required, so they’d like you to be a confident communicator with good interpersonal skills, have knowledge of assessment practices and quality assurance process along with experience of benchmarking and standards. The ability to manage budgets is also essential.
