Your Role   

As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will provide technical support to employees, as well as external customers on occasion.   

Specifically, you will:   

- Resolve any hardware or software issues   
- Carry out in-depth troubleshooting   
- Provide users with IT training   
- Maintain a log of problems and identify any patterns   
- Arrange for external technical support when problems can’t be resolved in-house   

About You   

To be considered as an IT Helpdesk Technician, you’ll need:   

- Experience of resolving computer software and hardware problems, gained through your studies, your hobbies, within a commercial environment or similar  
- Broad knowledge of Office software applications   
- A good understanding of PCs and fault-finding   
- Strong analytical skills   
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
