£19,285 per annum following successful 6 month probationary period
37.5 hours per week worked on a rota
Mixture of early, mid and late shifts and including 1 Saturday in 4
Based in Bolton
A great opportunity for a Tenancy Sustainability Officer within a newly commissioned service which is at the heart of Bolton’s locality plan. Building on the strengths of individuals, families, partner agencies and communities the organisation aims to deliver a flexible and innovative asset based approach to reduce and prevent homelessness in Bolton, improving outcomes for all.
To be successful in this role as a Tenancy Sustainability Officer you will have a basic knowledge and understanding of the needs of the client group; knowledge and practice in housing and tenancy management in relation to statutory obligations, and a track record in effective tenancy management, particularly voids and arrears management.
A full list of responsibilities can be found on the role profile and person specifications on the Adullam Homes website but you will also have sound written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to achieve positive outcomes; proven IT skills together with great organisational and time management abilities. A car owner/driver is desirable for occasional transporting of clients.
The ability to drive and access to a car for work purposes is preferable for this role.
