INSTRUCTORS
LTC Training Services Ltd are looking to recruit Instructors to join the existing team to deliver IPAF & PASMA and/or CISRS training courses.
Being a Qualified Instructor would be extremely advantageous, but not necessary as we can provide training to candidates that can demonstrate that they currently hold the necessary qualifications:
- IPAF/PASMA Instructor – Must hold an IPAF Operators Card for a minimum of 3 years, holding a PASMA Tower for users’ card would be an advantage but not essential.
- CISRS Instructor - Must hold CISRS Advanced Scaffolders card for a minimum of 5 years and Scaffolders CISRS card for a minimum of 10 years
Applicants must be excellent communicators, have strong interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated and have good time management skills.
All applicants must have a full driver licence as although the majority of training will take place at our main training centre in Plymouth you will be required to deliver courses at our other centres in Redruth and Cullompton and occasionally onsite at our customers location.
Salary will be generous but dependent on experience and qualifications
