Resourcing Coordinator

My client is looking for a Resourcing Coordinator/administtrator to start with them asap on a temporary basis.

Job duties:

Increase direct sourcing capability across the team to ensure we are recruiting high quality individuals, who are aligned with our 2020 strategy

* Provide regular updates to the Resourcing Partners and Consultants regarding interviews for all business areas. Keep Outlook diary organised and up to date.
* Prioritise and administrate core accountabilities within recruitment process.
* Provide a positive customer experience to the business and Resourcing Partners and Consultants.
* Deliver accurate, timely and compliant service in line with recruitment requirements.
* Proactively provide wider transversal support to the resourcing function.
* Proactive issue resolution and escalate where applicable.
* Documented feedback that demonstrates progress in development.
* Assertive approach in delivering decisions / proposals to other Co-ordinators, Resourcing Partners and Consultants based on evaluated/considered data.
* Positive feedback from team and wider business and learn from experience from feedback received.
* Regular updates / meetings with other Resourcing Co-coordinators from other Op Cos/across the company - feeding back news/information that is relevant to the Resourcing team.
* Resourcing MI reflects well maintained and updated Global Successor records

Previous experience required:

* Delivery of recruitment co-ordination requirements and solutions for allocated business area.
* Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes in line with the company's policies and procedures.
* Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process and awareness of KPI's and SLA's including time, cost and quality of hire.
* Knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment practices including immigration, redundancy and redeployment processes
