Electronic Production Technician
Multi-skilled Production technicians - electronic, electrical, mechanical - required for long term, ongoing contract work within an engineering company based in Chippenham. Basic salary GBP23,400pa, with *lots* of overtime available
- GBP11.00 - GBP13.00ph dependent on experience
- 37.5 hours per week

About the job
- Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work has been carried out correctly.
- SRAH workmanship skills / ipc610 knowledge
- Using spiridon, team Centre and Railside.
- Solder and rework where required.
The right candidate
- Experience in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical industries
- Experience of high mix low volume manufacturing
- Experience in implementing improvements
- Experience of customer interface to meet and understand their requirements
- Ability to work shifts if required
- Experience of safety critical industry
- Track record of working in the rail industry beneficial
